Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA), declared that the American District court for Southern Area of Indiana has let out the decision depriving validity two patents, listed in Orange book FDA for Ilay Lille Evisteja (raloxifene a hydrochloride) Tablets in suit concerning the reduced new statement of a preparation of Tevy to sell the patrimonial version. The court has found that these patents were void in the absence of the written description.

In the same opinion the Court has rejected calls of Tevy to four earlier expiring patents which demand use cheap  raloxifene for prevention or processing osteoporosis and dosages raloxifene for such processing, and have found that patrimonial raloxifene tablets of Tevy break those other patents. Based on this management, the Court ordered Tevu from opening of commercial start patrimonial raloxifene hydrocloride  tablets to working life of those patents.

Тева plans to address the decision which if it is confirmed, would interfere with, that to Teva of the beginning its product till March, 2nd 2014.
